Is it possible to expedite shipping for my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, there is still a chance to request special shipping. If this is necessary, please reach out to us before 3 p.m. on the same day the order was placed through our contact page. If you miss the cutoff time, the chances of being able to change the shipping method will be slim.
When will my package be shipped?
We ship orders every weekday from Monday to Friday. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order before the daily shipping cutoff of 3 p.m. CST, regardless of the chosen shipping method. Orders placed after this deadline or on holidays will be fulfilled on the following business day, which may add an additional business day to the estimated delivery time. If we are unable to ship orders out for an extended amount of time, notices will be posted on the website.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
The last thing we want is lost or damaged packages. If you have the unpleasant experience of having this happen, the best course of action is to contact your local Post Office and provide them with any relevant information such as the tracking number. Please reach out to us if you experience any issues, and we would be more than happy to help figure things out.
What carrier will be delivering my package?
We utilize the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail to ship most of our orders. Shipping with USPS allows us to offer free shipping on select orders as well as quick delivery to the lower 48 states.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, there is still a chance to request a shipping address change. If this is necessary, please reach out to us before 3 p.m. on the same day the order was placed through our contact page. If you miss the cutoff time, the chances of being able to change the shipping address will be slim.
Will I receive a notification when my package is delivered?
Yes, we send email notifications to you when your package arrives at its destination. We also send email notifications when the order is fulfilled and when the package has been shipped. We try our hardest to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
